1.How do I become a new client of KSQDR?
Call us (267-443-8285) to schedule a mandatory meet and greet. Meet and greets are typically held Thursdays and Fridays from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm; half an hour time slots.
2. What are the criteria for my dog to pass a meet and greet?
a. Your dog must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age.
b. Your dog must be well socialized. He/she should show no signs of aggression towards other dogs i.e. bearing of teeth, snarling, snapping etc. as well as not being too timid (backing into a corner when meeting a fellow friend).
c. Your dog must be crate trained. Luckily, at our establishment, the dogs can be outside majority of the day (weather permitting). However, they will be crated if it is not their 'turn' in the yard, at night time, and if we deem they need a break from the heat/cold. You are welcome to bring a bed or blanket for them to have something that smells like home. They are fed and watered in their crate as well. We DO NOT feed dogs outside of their crates. A dog could be perfectly socialized in yard but may be food aggressive. For our safety and for the safety of the other guests, they are separated during feeding times.
d. Your dog must have a Rabies Certificate. This is mandated by the State of Pennsylvania. We get bi-annual, unannounced visits from the State Dog Warden and he/she will thoroughly check our documentation. The Rabies Certificate (NOT vaccine reminder or invoice) will have 3 things; a valid expiration date, a serial or lot number, and a vet's signature).
e. You need to register for a PA dog license IF you are a resident of the State of Pennsylvania (padoglicese.com). You can easily apply yearly for this, the cost is about $8.50, or next time you are visiting your vet you can inquire about a Lifetime License, cost is about $31.00.
Please Note: Your booking status will be approved AFTER your dog passes the meet and greet. You will not be able to use the site to book your daycare or boarding needs until we meet your dog and you upload the proper paperwork to the site.
3. How much does it cost?
Daycare - $35/day 1 dog
$60/day 2 dogs
Daycare is only available Monday - Friday.
Boarding - $55/night 1 dog
$110/night 2 dogs
$150/night 3 dogs
4. What are your hours?
Monday - Friday; Open for pick up/drop off 8:00-10:00am and 4:00-6:00pm.
Saturday - Sunday; Open for pick up/drop off 9:00-11:00am only.

Yes! We have experience in administering insulin, oral and ear medication as well as topical ointments need be.
